5 Week project
A student project looking at an increasingly difficult water shortage challenge. By 2040 water shortage will affect 4 billion people if we do not change our ways.
Through this project I worked with building future scenarios that I used to guide the design process.
Kilde is made from recycled concrete and designed to fit the simple contemporary kitchen, but at the same time stand out.
Kilde is the combined kitchen sink and countertop that reuse waste water to decrease our water waste by 80%. Circulating the water with a constant river, Kilde keeps the water fresh and brings a natural calming atmosphere into the kitchen.
